Highlights from our 2018 Gala

Achieve Gala 2018 was a night on which we put our students center stage and celebrated their triumphs and create ever-lasting memories. The evening began with Abraham Lincoln’s drumline triumphantly led more than 1,000 people into the Hyatt ballroom. Guests then enjoyed the evening’s menu which was designed with input from CEC Early College culinary students. PREP Academy senior Danna shared how the support she received from DPS helped her forge new bonds that propelled her into a future others told her wasn’t attainable. We also heard from Denver School of the Arts student Sequoiah. These students demonstrated what’s possible when they have access to greater opportunities. They also showed us we all have a role to play in creating the future success of our city.
