Strengthening the pipeline to success
We’re strengthening the pipeline to success through Career and College Success (CCS), formerly known as CareerConnect. When our graduates feel confident, we all benefit. Students who are ready for career and college understand what will be expected of them when they get to the next step in their career journey, and are prepared academically, socially and emotionally. We support one of the largest district-run work-based learning programs in the country and a nationally recognized career pathways model.

College & Career Success also offers a great avenue for corporate engagement, both through the district and DPS Foundation, and collaborative funding opportunities to address the workforce needs of our city and state.

Our schools must do more to engage, prepare, and inspire college and career-ready students, and our programs must be better aligned to employer and post-secondary needs.
