Achieve Gala 2024 was a night in which we put our students center stage and celebrated An Ode to Our Future. The evening began with North High School’s drumline triumphantly leading our guests into the ballroom. The evening was led by student emcees Charlotte, a senior at East High School, Jaci, a junior at Manual High School, and keynote speaker Victor, a senior at North High School.

Achieve Gala 2024 was a night filled with music and joy, with student entertainment performances from the Denver School of the Arts, our student emcee Jaci with an amazing song performance and a special speech with student emcee Charlotte and her friend Tyjuan. We wrapped up the evening by dancing along with the Northfield High School Dance Team and special guest, DPS Superintendent Dr. Alex Marrero.

The evening was extra special as we honored former DPS Foundation Board Member and current President & CEO of Mile High United Way, Christine Benero (left photo) for her longtime dedication to DPS students and schools, as well as Fabiola Lozada Hernández (right photo), a Bilingual Special Education Teacher at Valdez Elementary School.
